10 Things I loved about Christmas Day

1. Alex's cute Carter's onsie--love the reindeer feet! (feeding that foot fetish).
2. Look how sweet Alex is "opening" presents. He had fun watching us and playing with the ribbons.
3. Lucas screaming out at one point "I don't want any more presents!" (We told him he had to open them all before he could play with any... I know, I know, we are so cruel!)
4. Luc's awe over all his new toys. (Below he is opening his kitchen from his grandparents. It was a big hit)
5. Wassail
6. At Christmas Dinner I had Lucas say the prayer. So cute. And then Aunt Mary asked him whose birthday it was and he actually replied "Jesus" which made my heart swell.
7. Also during dinner Lucas insisted on singing "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer" about a million times...every time he almost finished he somehow lost track of the verse and had to start all over.
8. JAKAS...my father loves to do something quirky and fun for the holiday and this year it was a card on the tree labeled simply "JAKAS", which turned out to be a LSU tailgating gift to "Josh and Ken and Scott" henceforth to be called the JAKAS crew.
9. Eat It (the game) I bought this for mom and we played a round after dinner. Who knew that 40% of all almonds are used in chocolate or that PEEPs just introduced the green color in 2007? Clearly not my team...
10. Being blessed with food and family. For real.
