Funny Face

Lucas makes the cutest faces--here are my favs from the last round of pictures I took. Lucas also had his first bottle of prune juice this week (to avoid future "poo crisis" issues!) Have you ever tried prune juice? Joshua and I have a policy that we should try all of the things we are giving/forcing on our son--so we both had a hearty gulp. Can I just say YUCK. But Luc loved it--his eyes got real big and he sucked it down pretty fast. (Wish I'd had the camera on hand for that...)

Twins??

Lucas and I had a nice lunch with Leigh and Nate at Fulin's this week. Luc and Nate are about the same size, Leigh and I showed up with the same blue blanket draped over our boys, and their carriers are so similar that the lady at the table next to us asked us if they were twins...Not quite, but they are both cuties!

Lucas rolled over!

In babyland (where Josh and I now live!) rolling over is a pretty big deal--and today Luc rolled from his stomach to his back--TWICE! Here are the before/after pics of his new experience!

Family Reunion

This past weekend was the family reunion in Sikeston, Missouri--it also coincided with Grandma's ninety first birthday. It was great to get together and see everyone--and fun to have four generations of Schuldt's in one photo. Plus Sikeston has a kick ass scrapbook store that I really enjoyed! We had a lovely dinner at Joseph's on Saturday night. Uncle Allen got the largest steak I have ever seen (hence the photo of him with his plate!)

So here is the first family photo--these are from the pics we took at Christmas at mom's house. I'm going to e-mail everyone to let them know I've got the blog up and running (and I might have to have Scott's tech service help me out with the small details, so expect gliches until further notice...)
