I love my friends and family, but many of them are democrats and I do not see eye to eye with them on polictical issues. I got a comment from a friend today that jokes about democrats cleaning up the "mistakes" that republicans have made the last eight years. Here is what I hate about politics--we (the two parties) can NOT agree on ANY issues it seems. I do not believe that Bush/republicans have single handedly caused the current "crisis" or "mess" (and by this we must be discussing the economic issues facing many Americans today). Did they contribute to it? Surely. But so did MANY MANY MANY democrats and frankly I am tired of them blaming it all on other people. Here are two interesting articles on the economy and the root of many of the problems--take note that they blame BOTH dems and reps. Seriously--if you want to say that the last eight years are a big ole mess, you should at least read these articles before you play the blame card. Feel free to read the articles here and leave comments--I do welcome the comments (I enjoy a healthy debate!), I just get tired of hearing that one man/one party is responsible for all the evils of the world and that one party is going to "change" all of that because sadly, until we are all united in thought that is NEVER going to happen.

sorry if you were offended Christy. I was only poking you in fun. I didn't realize how heartfelt you were.
No need to apoligize! Blogs always come accross as harsher than they are and I wasn't offended--just wanted to play devil's advocate and throw out some more info! I do have passionate political beliefs, but we are all intitled to our opinion. God bless America.
