We made our annual trek to the pumpkin patch last weekend. Turns out we picked the hottest day in October and we were SWELTERING in the heat (Josh and I had on long sleeves...thankfully the kids were in T-shirts, but their cute little pumpkin hats probably were a bit much for the weather...) We had to try a new patch this year, and I must say we were pleased--they had a petting zoo, pig races, snack bar, and lots o'pumkins. Lucas and Alex each got a free small pumpkin (check later for pictures of painting the pumpkins!) Lucas was pumped about running around the patch and playing in the giant stack of hay. Always a good fall outing! More pics below (you know I took like five hundred or something insane).

those are great! Where did you go? I can't beleive how big the little one has gotten. He is starting to bulk up and look like a big baby!!
