Lucas and I had fun making ghost shaped pancakes as a Halloween activity. I got the idea from a cookbook Leigh brought to our last girls night.
Unfortunately I was too busy drinking and talking to actually write the directions down, so I had to wing it when it came time to cook them. But they turned out okay. Lucas had more fun eating the chocolate chips (they made the batter for the eyes darker) than actually helping me make the ghost shapes. Here is one of the "ghouls" cooking on the griddle:

And the finished product (the eyes and mouth didn't stand out as much once they were fully cooked.) They look more like crazy monsters than ghosts, but oh-well. We had fun, so mission achieved!
