Build a...Turtle?

For a special treat during our recent vacation I took Lucas to Build A Bear for the first time. I had intentions of him, well, building a BEAR. Instead he picked out a green turtle and decided to name him "Henry." Lucas wasn't quite sure what to think of the "stuffing"process--he was a bit scared of the machine, but he was all about picking a "heart" for Henry (below). Course, he would pick the most expensive heart (this one thumps when you press it).

Here Josh and Luc are making Henry's birth certificate. Originally when asked what he wanted to name his turtle Lucas replied "daddy." Course, we weren't going to allow that. So he became Henry. No idea why--who really understands the mind of a two year old?
For the first few days Lucas refused to let Henry out of his house (the box he is carrying above) and insisted on sleeping with the house beside his bed. I joked that we could have saved our money and just asked for the free box. But now that Henry has several outfits (firefighter and a Saints football outfit courtesy of Mrs. Alison) Lucas enjoys changing his clothes and trying to stuff his own feet into Henry's shoes (not gonna happen bud).
