So it isn't a great picture--but it's all I've got. Lucas and I took in his very first live show this past Wednesday. I have been letting him watch Go, Diego, Go at home alot lately to prepare for the show. He has taken to damanding it during breakfast, after lunch, at dinnertime, during snack, and pretty much anytime inbetween. He even chanted the theme after we put him to bed the other night. It was cute. When he watches the show on TV (or as he calls it "dede") he has begun answering Diego's questions--it is so much fun to watch him learning. Since he was so into the show at home I was hoping he would like the live show. We had awesome VIP seats and from the moment the show started Lucas was enthralled. I was so impressed by the sets and the spectacle of the show--they had great effects (waterfalls, volcanos, tons of animals, and a neat pyramid). Several times Lucas called out "Diego" and he waved his Jaguar mask in the air several times. The only disappointing thing about the show was that I didn't take my camera--I thought for sure they wouldn't be allowed. But once I got inside everyone had one--so next time I will have mine. Luckily they were taking free pictures to put online and that's all I've got. Like I said--it is really not a very good shot, but I will always cherish it and the looks of awe on my child's face as he took in his very first show.
