Today Lucas tried applesauce for the first time and LOVED it! Here you can see he even wants to try to feed himself--he loved holding the spoon (although more applesauce went in his hair and down his shirt than in his mouth!) He also enjoyed sucking the sauce from his hands. So we aren't quite ready for dinner with the President anytime soon. This was also Luc's first full week of daycare at "Miss Mary's House" as I am calling it. He adores Mary and seems to enjoy seeing other kids.

Do you just feed him any thing? I havent even given Raeden any solid food yet. We go to the doctor next thursday and maybe he will say it is ok but I heard six months. Thats why his bowels are backed up they cant process. I still get nice non stinky poo.
Ahh, well. I can't resist! He seems to like the food--and his bowels are getting a little better. The ped dr. said the rice cereal was cool. We just sort of improvised the rest!
