Valentine's wishes to all our friends and family. I had hoped to get Valentine's cards out to everyone, but Lucas and I have both been battling the winter ick--he seemed to get over it fairly quickly with a round of meds, but since I am in the family way and medication isn't recommended, I am having to fight the plague off the old fashioned way--soup and sleep (which totally sucks, by the by. Thank goodness for modern medicine!) Lucas has his V-day party at school today and I made up cute little bags of hershey kisses and hugs candy with tags that read "Hugs and Kisses for you from Lucas". I am also taking my world renowned fruit salad (slice fruit and you are done!) Lucas is too cute lately--he has become very verbally agressive (which we don't really approve of, but it is funny). He likes to tell you what to do "sit on sofa momma--NOW!!" and yesterday he told me his blanket was "disgusting" because he had gotten some of his Valentine sucker on it. The pictures above are of him eating his sucker--it was such a red and gooey mess, but he loved it.

BTW, I took a look at your links and absolutely loved Christy Hollingshead's work. We are going to get some photos done by her this summer! Thanks, I wouldn't have found her otherwise.
