Easter Sunday was a blast! We started the day off with Bunny biscuits, eggs, bacon and potatoes. Scott, Jen, Pa-paw and Nana D were all here for breakfast. Then we attended the contemporary service at Highland Valley where the choir was rocking. (They even had drums and bells!) Then we came back to the house so Lucas could open his baskets. Nana D's basket was the biggest (spoiling him rotten already!) and he had tons of fun with the cellophane. (Note: No future gifts needed--just the packaging will suffice!) He enjoyed opening his gifts so much--just the experience of pulling new toys out and feeling all the textures and shapes. From Nana D and Pa-Paw Schuldt he recieved several Easter-themed books, some groovy new summer duds, a big floppy bunny, and some money to start his future college tuition fund! From Uncle Scott and Jen he got a cute teething blanket and hershey kisses (which were promptly devoured by daddy) and from mom and dad he got a fuzzy chick, jammies, books, tubtime toys and some Reeses (which were also promptly devoured by daddy). Afterwards we said goodbye to the grandparents and mommy and Luc took a long nap while daddy cut the grass and complained of a stomach ache. He-he!

He is so cute and always excited. My kid loves the bags that everything comes in, all I can think about is the warning that says this is not a toy. Oh just to let you know I quit bbw.
