Moving on

Last Friday marked the last "official" summer day at our daycare. They celebrated by having an all school picnic and the stars aligned for Joshua and I to both be off work and able to attend. Good thing, because it was mass chaos. But Lucas and Alex seemed to have fun. It was very sad for me because Lucas is leaving my favorite teachers room. Mrs. Pat has been PHENOMENAL with the kids and Lucas has learned SO much. But with growth comes change, and for now as of Monday he is off to a new room with fresh beginnings. Hopefully his next year will help prepare him for Pre-K.

This is his band of hooligans. They are all so incredibly silly when they get together. Except for the one random kid on the very far right who looks as though he might be contemplating throwing his blunt tip scissors at me...that kid never smiles. Maybe he has bowel issues.

And the famed Mrs. Pat. She is so full of energy and life. We will miss her!!
