The Buffy Boys

I'm going to call them the "Buffy Boys" since both their names were taken from the TV show (despite the fact that we aren't calling him Xander...) So here is the first official photo of Riley and Alex together. It isn't the best shot--but at least their outfits sorta coordinate. Since we have oodles of pictures of Luc and Steele together, I imagine this is just the beginning of a trend and we will see many more pictures of these two buddies over the years. This was taken Saturday at Cody's b-day party at Pump it Up--one of those party places with giant jump areas for the kids to go completely crazy in. Lucas was slightly hesitant for all of six seconds and then he was off bouncing around like crazy and zooming down the giant slide like it was no biggie. He was so excited about the party that he woke up that morning (early--grrr) and immediately said "We go to Cody's party mommy? The jump place??" and kept asking until we got there (four hours later, mind you). I would post pics of the actual party but frankly they all turned out blurry so I will have to bum decent pictures off the parents of the other attendees.

In other news, we finally got our new dryer this week so we are no longer living in a giant laundry pit (and we smell alot better since our clothes are clean!) But just when you get one issue taken care of, another crops up. Friday night I woke up to a "thump thump" noise in the air conditioner. Needless to say, it was broken and we had to pay top dollar to get someone to come out and fix it on a weekend. Why is it that our air conditioners always seem to break on a weekend/holiday and the hottest freaking day of the year? Wherever Murphy is, I'd like to shoot him bout now...
